Warning: Un-knitting ahead

So, I was thinking about learning the magic loop method of knitting two socks on one 40in needle and how it compares to knitting 1 sock on 2 circs. I was also thinking that I knit that first sock too loose and I'd try it in size 2s next time. Well, no time like the present. One thing led to the other and before I knew it, I heard the call of the frogs.

I love the process :-)

I don't usually catch my breath when reading blogs but, OMG, those pictures!
I hope it wasn't too traumatic for you, Carine.

Totally not traumatic. Pulling the yarn was very freeing. And doing this project again appeals to both the artistic and the scientific part of me. The parts that ask, "what would happen if I did this?". "This" in this instance being knitting the same sock but going one needle size smaller. And since they are "supposed" to be a pair, at least as far tightness of stitch is concerned, I figured I'd start with the first one :-)
